As a Business Development Manager, you’ll spend most of your time in the field—visiting new and existing clients, presenting solutions face-to-face, and helping them grow their teams. This is a salary commission based role based in Owatonna, MN. The starting salary ranges between $50K-$55K including bonuses, with the following benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel within your assigned territory to meet prospects and existing clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic outside sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in person and presenting tailored workforce solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Manage and report on sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—especially in person
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop actionable strategies
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing a travel-heavy schedule
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred but not required)
