The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts for our company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of supply chain management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory of parts, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and order management system to track and manage parts inventory
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify parts needs and ensure accurate and efficient ordering
- Oversee the distribution of parts to various departments or locations
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions, including receipts, returns, and adjustments
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts management processes
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in parts management
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in parts management practices
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in parts management or a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge, preferably in the automotive or auto body repair industry
- Proficient in using order management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
