Job Overview
Freeses Assisted Living Facility in Bangor is hiring a part-time CRMA/PSS to support older adults in maintaining their independence. This role combines personal support, medication assistance, and day-to-day resident care in a team-focused assisted living setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to residents as indicated by their service plans.
- Provide housekeeping and laundry services to residents as indicated by their service plans.
- Provide medication administration as directed by service plans.
- Assist with meal service and cleanup.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CRMA, PSS, and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred; Penquis offers paid training to obtain these certifications.
- Ability to meet Penquis background-check requirements upon hire and periodically thereafter, with satisfactory results as required by current contract provisions.
