Description
Pennsylvania Counseling Services is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join our Children's Services office!
Job duties will include:
- Maintaining a basic working knowledge of our Children's Services programs
- Tracking utilization for client services
- Preparing client intake packets
- Creating and maintaining client files
- Audit weekly payroll
- Answering the phone and scheduling appointments for clients when needed
Strong organization and communication skills are needed.
