Education:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, ABA, or Education.
Experience:
1 year of experience or completion of a clinical practicum/internship.
May 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply now for summer start dates.
Skills:
Bilingual fluency in Spanish or ASL is highly prioritized and eligible for additional recognition.
Logistics:
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for community-based travel.
Clearances:
Ability to obtain PA State Police, Child Abuse, and FBI Fingerprint clearances.
The Role: Meaningful Clinical Work in Real-Life SettingsAs a Master’s-level clinician in IBHS, you will support children, adolescents, and families in the places where life is actually happening: homes, schools, and communities.
You may choose or combine two specialized clinical paths:
Behavioral ConsultantAs a Behavioral Consultant, you will use ABA principles to support children with autism and behavioral challenges. You will help families, schools, and treatment teams better understand behavior and develop practical strategies that create meaningful change.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing individualized behavior plans
- Supporting children with autism and behavioral needs
- Empowering caregivers with practical tools and strategies
- Collaborating with school districts and other team members
- Helping children succeed across home, school, and community environments
As a Mobile Therapist, you will provide trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, and families in home and school settings. You will help families strengthen relationships, improve communication, and work through challenges using compassionate, strengths-based interventions.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual and family therapy
- Supporting children and families through trauma-informed care
- Leading IBHS treatment teams
- Supervising Behavioral Health Technicians
- Facilitating family-centered and systemic change
- Helping families build skills, stability, and confidence
