Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: Behavioral Consultant/Mobile Therapist is to identify behavioral goals, design appropriate interventions, and supervise the implementation of a behavioral modification plan that is tailored to the specific needs of the participant and family.
- The Behavioral Consultant oversees the work of the treatment team members as they provide services directly to the participant and/or family in the home, school, day care center, or other community setting.
- The goal is to provide clinical mental health intervention using behavior modification that will enable the participant to be maintained and function appropriately in the least restrictive environment.
Position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement.
Availability to work flexible hours up to 40 hours per week.
Hourly Pay: $32.00-$40.00
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s level Mental Health Clinician with documented training in the field with Behavior Modification Techniques.
- Graduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Counseling AND Completed a Clinical or Menal Health Direct Service Practicum with a degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, and Counseling. AND one year of full-time experience in providing direct mental health services to children/youth/and/or young adults.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using an electronic health record system is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
