Job Description
Position: Student Success Liaison – Bristol Campus
Location: Pennco Tech, Bristol PA
Department: EDU/SC
Report To: DOE
Schedule: M W Th – 10:00am to 6:30pm T & F – 7:30 to 4pm
Hourly – Non-Exempt
Position Description: Serves as a bridge between students and the resources available to them for attendance and career success. This is accomplished by supporting students in key areas of their lifecycle at Pennco Tech and as a constant presence for students to communicate with and receive guidance or help from. The Student Success Liaison would also assist students in completing missed class time, assign material missed during the missed time, assist the Career Services staff, and assist the Evening Supervisor regarding student needs.
Essential Functions
· Assist students in the completion of make-up time
· Provide each student with the didactic material that was covered during their time missed
· Create a file of all quarterly didactic material taught in each program, each term (to include learning objective, lectures/power points, chapter assignments, additional classwork provide by instructor)
· Provide all effort to assist students in maintaining 100% pace, and NOT to exceed pace. (Meet SAP)
· Ensure students are clocking in and out appropriately for makeup time
· Keep notifications regarding attendance up to date in the library
· Assist Career Services when needed with regards to (including but not limited to): Advisory (PAC) Meetings, contacting employers, graduation ceremonies, career fairs, reporting data.
· Assist Evening Supervisor when needed with regards to (including but not limited to): Orientations, class starts, student attendance advisement.
· Keep communication with Education Staff and Career Services staff to ensure benchmarks are being met
· Attend Career Services Department meetings when needed
· Attend Day and Evening staff/instructor meetings when needed
· Complete continue education when needed
· Participate in opportunities to increase and share knowledge about the role to improve resources, strategies, and school policy and procedures.
· Other responsibilities as determined by Education or Career Services departments
· Assist with scheduling and be present (if needed) during student presentations required by state/fed/or accreditation.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skill and ability to interact with students and staff effectively
· Ability to interact successfully with business and regulatory personnel
· Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per hour
