What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician position at Success On The Spectrum?
We are seeking playful, energetic, and compassionate RBT to join our growing team. The RBT will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the direct supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, social, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based, in-home, and school settings.
- Shadow and assist the student in school to follow classroom routines, participate in activities, and engage with peers.
- Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Support generalization of skills across settings, including occasional field trips and group activities.
- Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress using electronic systems.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and the BCBA to support treatment goals and IEP objectives.
- Promote social skills, independence, and engagement in academic, social, and community settings.
- Participate in team meetings and complete required clinical trainings.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with families and team members.
- Follow all ethical and professional guidelines outlined by the BACB and organizational policies.

Training and Support
