ABOUT THIS JOB:
We're seeking a passionate BCBA who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work-life balance. We need a BCBA with at least 3 years experience to be the Clinical Director of the West Ashley location starting in April 2026. It is a brand new facility that is designed to be sensory friendly and encourage play/imagination.

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work
- BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
- Clinical Directors have a MAX caseload of 9 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).
- Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
- You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training
Supported, Not Micromanaged
- Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
- SOS provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team
- SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
- All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
