Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a BCBA - Clinical Director located in Charleston, SC. The Clinical Director will oversee client assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to RBTs and other team members. Key responsibilities include monitoring therapy progress, ensuring adherence to ABA best practices, providing training and mentorship, and collaborating with families and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal client outcomes. The Clinical Director will play a pivotal role in maintaining program quality and fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Behavioral Health, Psychology, and Mental Health
- Expertise in Clinical Supervision, including guiding and mentoring clinical staff
- Familiarity with medicine as it pertains to autism therapy
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is strongly preferred
- Ability to meet licensing and state regulatory requirements for practicing ABA therapy
- Experience in program development and data-driven decision-making is a plus
