Partner with community HR/Payroll Representatives to build capability, consistency, and operational HR excellence. Coach leaders to foster employee engagement, strengthen retention, and enhance a culture of compassion and service. Conduct HR audits and support compliance with federal, state, and seniorâliving regulations. Provide HRIS supportâin Workday -for onboarding, offboarding, recruiting workflows, and reporting. Guide preâemployment processes and stateâspecific requirements unique to senior living. Support integration efforts for acquisitions or new community transitions. Train and onboard new HR/Payroll Representatives at our local communities on systems, standards, and regulatory expectations. Advise leaders on employment laws and practices. Lead or support employee relations investigations, ADA accommodations, and riskâmitigating HR strategies. Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, ER trends) and recommend data-driven solutions. Collaborate with Compliance, Benefits, Payroll, and Legal partners.
