Hourly Pay: $28.00–$40.00 (Based on Experience & Credentials)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Perform service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems

Ensure exceptional customer service on every job

Communicate with the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing feedback

Participate in utility programs and system retrofits as required
What We’re Looking For:

A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic

Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience preferred

HVAC education or strong mechanical background preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams

Skilled in troubleshooting various HVAC equipment

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Familiarity with sheet metal practices and air balancing

NATE certification is a plus
