About the Opportunity In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Financial Controller to lead consolidated accounting and internal financial reporting for The Pennant Group (NASDAQ: PNTG). You’ll oversee daily accounting operations, support audits and SOX compliance, streamline processes, and help drive strategic financial planning across a multi‑entity environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial data, strong internal controls, and clear communication across both finance and operational teams. What You’ll Do Manage key accounting functions including monthly close, consolidations, intercompany, fixed assets, leases, treasury, and allocations Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP Maintain a SOX‑compliant internal control environment Support internal/external audits, budgets, forecasts, and process improvements Lead and mentor accounting team members Partner with leaders across multiple affiliates to ensure accurate, timely financial operations What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred 6 years of accounting/finance experience, including leadership Strong GAAP knowledge; SEC reporting & SOX experience a plus Skilled in consolidations, audits, and multi‑entity environments Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Healthcare services experience preferred Additional Information We are committed to providing a competitive Total Rewards Package that meets our employee’s needs.
