Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Home Health – Per Visit / PRN
Penn Home Health Care is seeking a caring and dependable Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide home-based therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
Service Areas:
Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Berks Counties, PA
Position Type:
Per Visit / PRN
Responsibilities:
• Implement treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving functional independence and safety.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapeutic activities.
• Report patient progress and changes in condition.
• Complete timely documentation.
Qualifications:
• Current Pennsylvania OTA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred.
