- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Mandatory overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Overtime hours may start as early as 6:00 AM and run until 4:30 PM
- Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
- Assist with basic production and assembly tasks
- Support machine operators with material handling and setup
- Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform basic quality checks on finished products
- Record production information in logs when required
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
