2nd shift Molder- Aitkin

Penmac Staffing has teamed up with a local manufacturer in the Aitkin area, and we are looking for Full - Time Rubber Molders to add to the team! Opportunities on 2nd shift (Mondays - Thursdays, 4pm - 2am) with pay starting at $16.00/hour and amazing Benefits included!

Essential Functions:
*
Accurately select the right material/tools/press settings for each job

• Understand the production process (know measurements for weighing material)
• Perform quality inspection of parts/product per directions Trim product parts
• Accurately count product

Competency Requirements:
*
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required

• Manufacturing experience preferred

Physical Demands:
*
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Safety glasses, close-toed shoes (steel toe), gloves, arm guards)

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach above shoulders, and lift at least 50 lbs

Compensation:

Pay $16.75/hour with $1/hr increase at completion of temp-to-hire
