We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and working toward goals. Previous sales experience is not required. We provide training for the right candidate. Qualifications include:

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with business contacts by phone throughout the day
• Professional, friendly, and confident communication style
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
• Strong organization and attention to detail

Client Outreach Specialist Responsibilities
Penmac Staffing is recruiting for an established and growing Brainerd Lakes Area company seeking a Client Outreach Specialist. In this role, you'll help generate new business opportunities by contacting prospective clients, identifying interest, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include:

• Make outbound calls using company-provided contact lists
• Introduce company services in a professional and engaging manner
• Ask qualifying questions to identify potential business opportunities
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Enter accurate call notes and client information into the CRM system
• Follow established calling scripts and proven outreach processes
• Meet daily and weekly activity and appointment goals
• Represent the company professionally in every interaction

This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your primary goal is starting conversations, creating positive first impressions, and connecting interested prospects with the sales team.
