Requirements for the Production Worker
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be willing to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and substance screening
As a Production Worker, your duties may include:
- Selecting the correct materials, tools, and press settings for each production job
- Understanding production processes and measurements used for weighing materials
- Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Trimming and finishing product parts according to instructions
- Accurately counting completed products
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, reach above shoulder level, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to wear PPE including safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, gloves, and arm guards
- Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
