- Operate Haas VMCs and CNC lathes to produce precision parts to print.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor each operation, making allowable adjustments to keep parts in spec.
- Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC machines.
- Inspect first-piece and production parts using precision measuring tools.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve production schedules and quality targets.
- Demonstrated experience with Haas CNC machines (or similar platforms).
- Strong print-reading and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and consistent quality mindset.
