What You'll Do- Operate Haas CNC machines to complete assigned machining operations.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Track machine performance and adjust as needed to sustain quality results.
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Follow safety and quality protocols at every step of production.
- Partner with teammates to improve flow and boost efficiency.
- Document production details and keep precise records of your work.
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNC-related certification preferred.
- Experience operating Haas CNC machinery (or similar platforms).
- Working knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Comfortable reading and applying technical documents and prints.
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
