Penick Village Inc. Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) is seeking compassionate, professional and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. We are currently hiring Full time 7am-3pm.
Primary Responsibility:
Must be a compassionate and professional RN Supervisor to carry out Penick Village's vision and goals of delivering the highest level of care in our facility. As the RN Supervisor, you will supervise residents care and assist the healthcare team with clinical oversight, quality assurance and performance improvement activities as needed. The RN Supervisor will have oversight for clinical staff to include RN's, LPN's, CNA's, Med Tech's and Med Aides in accordance with policies and procedures and state specific nurse practice acts. As part of an interdependent team of skilled and caring people, the RN Supervisor must act in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern Penick Village, to ensure that the highest quality of resident care and safety is maintained always.
- Valid NC RN License
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years managerial experience
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance Current American Heart BLS CPR Certification

In this role, you will champion the facility's vision of delivering exceptional resident care while supporting the healthcare team with clinical oversight, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As the RN Supervisor, you will provide direct oversight for clinical staff—including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs, and Med Aides—ensuring all operations align with internal policies, state-specific nurse practice acts, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Working within an interdependent and caring team environment, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of resident safety and care at all times.
Salary : $66,591 - $86,552
