What are the responsibilities and job description for the SPECIAL EDUCATION PARAPROFESSIONAL: TRANSITION PROGRAM position at Pembroke Community Middle School?
The paraprofessional will assist students ages 18-21 in the Transition Program at various community work-based learning and employment sites. This includes work at Bridgewater University, Pembroke area stores and restaurants as well as traveling with students throughout the south shore. The work schedule will be based on the work-based learning and employment activities that the students in the Transition Program are engaged in. Applicants should be comfortable with basic cooking skills, functional math skills (money, calculating tax, telling time, etc.), utilizing public transportation and using technology such as smart phones and iPads.
Other duties, as assigned by school administration.
Salary : $25 - $28
