Position: Laborer - General
Reports To: Crew Leader
Job Type: Full Time – non-exempt
Role (Overview of the Position)
· Responsible for generalized tasks related to outdoor property maintenance such as mowing, edging, weed-eating, blowing, picking up branches and debris, as well as, loading/unloading trucks and trailers in addition to maintaining equipment and tools.
Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
· Lift up to 60lbs
· Walk long distances
· Work in extreme heat
· Operate landscape equipment: Weed eater, edger, hedger, and blower
· Mix 2-stroke fuel
Results (Expected Accomplishments)
· Install mulch, plants, sod, stone and dirt
· Load and unload trash/debris to trailer or truck
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
· High school diploma or equivalency
· Ability to lift 60lbs
· Withstand extreme heat
· Work long hours
· Must be able to pass drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
