What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Pella Windows & Doors of Wisconsin?
Pella Windows and Doors of Wisconsin is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Green Bay team! This position is responsible for servicing our Pella products in area homes while providing exceptional customer experience. Successful Field Technician candidates have a desire to learn and a positive outlook to turn challenges into opportunities. Construction experience is a plus. New Field Technicians will work directly with experienced techs to learn the trade.
Service Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Accurate measuring of windows, bays, bows & patio doors.
- Determine materials needed for service.
- Service existing Pella Windows and Doors of Wisconsin products.
- Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics.
- Understands and adheres to the established Pella Windows and Doors of Wisconsin processes and standards.
- Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and /or alternate techniques.
