We’re hiring a Service Writer who can keep our service department organized, moving, and customer-focused. This role has the opportunity to grow into more responsibility over time for the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Be the main point of contact for service customers (calls, walk-ins, updates)
- Write, schedule, and manage work orders from start to finish
- Keep technicians lined up with clear, ready-to-go work
- Handle warranty claims and documentation accurately
- Communicate timelines, updates, and expectations with customers
- Support day-to-day shop operations and workflow
- create service advertising ideas help with shop service growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organization and ability to keep multiple jobs moving
- Clear communication with both customers and technicians
- Comfortable using computers and typing quickly
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Someone who takes ownership of their work
Role Expectations
- Full-time position (40 hours depending on workload)
- Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays (during spring summer hours)
- Indoor and outdoor work depending on the day
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs when needed
- Handle customer complaints
