Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, motivated technician to join our growing team. This role focuses primarily on paver sealing, including preparation, cleaning, sanding, and sealing processes. Pressure washing is also part of the job.
Responsibilities:
- Perform paver cleaning, sanding, and sealing
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with job setup, teardown, and cleanup
- Drive company vehicle to job sites
- Maintain a professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Experience in paver sealing or pressure washing preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in hot weather
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
