Duties

• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other large surfaces with precision and care.
• Use hand tools and specialized cleaning equipment to perform duct cleaning, floor buffing, and detailed surface restoration tasks.
• Apply safety protocols diligently, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fire extinguishers during all operations.
• Perform manual handling and heavy lifting to move equipment, supplies, and debris safely and efficiently.
• Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions, ensuring thorough cleaning while adhering to safety standards.
• Utilize ladders safely for elevated cleaning tasks, inspecting surfaces thoroughly for dirt, grime, or buildup.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including logs of equipment usage, safety checks, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and accountability.

Skills

• Proficiency in pressure washing techniques for industrial cleaning applications.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures using various equipment such as floor buffers and duct cleaning tools.
• Experience with the use of hand tools for detailed or hard-to-reach areas.
• Ability to follow strict safety protocols including PPE usage, ladder safety, manual handling procedures, and fire extinguisher operation.
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their specific cleaning needs.
• Outdoor work experience with the ability to adapt to changing weather conditions while maintaining high-quality results.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards for commercial spaces, including floor buffing and heavy-duty exterior surface maintenance.

Pay: $23.40 - $28.18 per hour
