Pegasus Asset Management (“Pegasus”) is currently hiring a Property Manager within the Asset Management Department that will be an integral member of a rapidly growing commercial real estate asset management firm that focuses primarily on retail real estate assets. The daily job responsibilities will include a wide range of asset/property management and accounting functions to maximize the performance of the fast-growing portfolio.
Pegasus is seeking a professional, meticulous, outgoing individual with a desire to learn the principals of commercial real estate asset management. The candidate must be detailed-oriented, organized, and able to handle several tasks in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.

The candidate will be exposed to both the investment sales and capital markets divisions, which allows for learning a larger breadth of real estate knowledge and promotes both creative thinking and collaborative problem solving.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing critical, analytical and operations support for asset management and accounting activities
- Daily correspondence with vendors and tenants nationwide to ensure the properties within the portfolio are operating efficiently
- Assist with the creation of annual budgets and detailed financial reports to submit to clients
- Managing work orders and processing administrative requests
- Assist with onboarding process for new acquisitions
- Conduct site visits for local and out-of-state properties as needed
Experience and Qualifications:
- We are looking for an assertive, creative, thick-skinned entry-level candidate who has an entrepreneurial spirit and who is passionate about this exciting opportunity to grow within the company. Additional requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Exceptional analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to be organized, detail-oriented and to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Yardi Property Management Software experience is a plus
- General knowledge of commercial real estate concepts is a plus
- 0-3 years of work experience in commercial real estate
