Key Responsibilities:
- System Ownership: Serve as the internal administrator and subject matter expert for Yardi, RealPage, and associated plug-ins and third-party tools.
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead or support the configuration, rollout, and optimization of core modules and add-ons across both platforms, ensuring alignment with Pegasus's operational needs.
- Integration Management: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot plug-ins and connected applications (e.g., utility billing, revenue management, CRM tools, maintenance platforms, resident portals).
- Training & Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding sessions, and system documentation to ensure high levels of user proficiency and adoption.
- Technical Support: Manage the helpdesk queue, resolve user issues, coordinate with vendors for escalated support, and maintain documentation of recurring problems and resolutions.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and leverage automation, reporting, and integrations to maximize efficiency.
- Data Quality & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms; create or manage reporting tools that support insights and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with Yardi Voyager and/or RealPage OneSite, including familiarity with core modules and related plug-ins or third-party tools.
- Working knowledge of multifamily property operations including leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident engagement.
- Experience managing enterprise software platforms, user support, and system configuration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with troubleshooting technical issues.
- Excellent communication and training skills for supporting users with varied technical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Willingness and capability to take on system administrator responsibilities for additional platforms such as DOMO (business intelligence) and HubSpot (CRM/marketing automation) as organizational needs evolve.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working with or learning multiple third-party systems that integrate with Yardi or RealPage (e.g., Knock, Yes, REBA, CRM tools, LeaseLock, Snappt, etc.).
- Yardi or RealPage certifications preferred.
- Experience in system integration, data migration, or change management projects.
- Familiarity with APIs or middleware platforms is a plus.
