We are looking for motivated, team players with excellent attention to detail to join our YES Energy Bill Pay Team!
What You'll Do:
- Process direct client payments to vendors accurately and efficiently
- Conduct vendor analysis to ensure timely and correct payments
- Resolve payment exceptions and troubleshoot vendor issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to support Yardi clients and ensure smooth operations
Who You Are:
- Associate degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and 10-key
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level
- Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Ideal to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- One plus (1 ) years of accounting experience
- Experience with high-volume financial transactions
