Full Charge Bookkeeper

PEG is partnering with an established and growing small business in the technology space to hire a Full Charge Bookkeeper. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity Monday through Friday with flexible hours, located in Bridgeton, St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle accounting, including AR and AP
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and support internal accrual-based accounting processes
• Prepare and maintain aging reports
• Process payroll through ADP
• Assist with onboarding in basic HR coordination
• Work closely with external CPA on month-end, financial reporting, and tax support
• Support accounting across multiple business units, including sales, service, and inventory
• Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 6 years of accounting or full charge bookkeeping experience
• Experience in a small business environment preferred
• Strong understanding of general ledger and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel, including lookups and pivot tables
• Experience with ADP and Microsoft Access is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
