Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Manage A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and general ledger
- Prepare financial reports and assist with payroll
- Communicate directly with clients to support their needs
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop (required)
- Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
