Key Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and perform job costing to ensure accurate project billing
• Manage accounts receivables and collection procedures
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments of invoices to maximize early payment discounts.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records using accurate job costing
• Collaborate with project managers to provide requested information and support
  
  

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (non-negotiable)
• Experience with Chronicle software (or similar construction/CRM software)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the roofing, construction, or trades industry
• Familiarity with job costing and project-based accounting
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
