What You’ll Do
- Analyze production and operational data to identify cost trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Compare actual results to standards, determine root causes of discrepancies, and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Handle month-end close tasks related to cost of goods sold and prepare clear, detailed reports that support business decisions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through reconciliations, transaction reviews, and participation in physical inventory counts.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to connect financial insights with operational goals and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement efforts that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of experience working in cost-focused accounting or analysis roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
