PeerSource is currently recruiting for multiple Retail Sales Associates on a Direct Hire basis. This role is based out of Yuma, AZ.
Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate who enjoys engaging with people in a dynamic environment. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming storefront experience, helping customers find what they need, and supporting store success through teamwork and consistent service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a warm and friendly approach to foster a positive shopping atmosphere
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions
- Build customer trust through reliable service and proactive follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed store performance goals
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Process transactions accurately and resolve customer issues or inquiries professionally
- Participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Maintain availability for a flexible schedule including weekends & most holidays
Required Skills
- Prior retail or general customer service experience
- Sales-related experience is required (commission-based sales strongly preferred)
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage and assist customers
- Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality with a service-minded approach
- Solid listening and problem-solving abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated to contribute to team success
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a collaborative retail environment
- Spanish bilingual preferred
