Project Manager
As Project Manager you will be working with insurance companies, clients, and subcontractors to restore properties to pre-loss condition that have been caused by water, fire, mold, etc. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, computer experience, organization and renovation/remodeling experience. Previous project management experience is preferred. This job does have some work from home capability when needed. (must be living in the work zone area)
Requirements:
- General construction knowledge.
- Ability to schedule multiple projects and subcontractors.
- Communicate professionally.
- Ensure project safety and quality control.
- Ability to time manage, budget, and site supervise,
- Ability to document jobs, change orders and work orders in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies effectively.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs..
- Work on ladders.
- Work independently or with a team.
Experience or knowledge with:
- Xactimate
- Dash
- General residential construction
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass required background screening
