What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at Peerless Restoration?
Restoration Coordinator is the hub of incoming claims and is responsible for speaking with the customer, customer follow up, scheduling estimators to jobs while ensuring that the required job performance timelines are met. The coordinator is also responsible for sending and following up on adobe signature, documents. As a coordinator you will, at times thrive, in a very fast-paced environment, which makes being detail oriented and able to focus an important part of your job. This job is a full time position. Normal office hours are 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m..
- Answer incoming calls on office and mobile lines
- Complete intake for new losses
- Communicate with clients, customers and vendors
- Add job notes in operating systems and manage software
- Complete compliance tasks in main operating systems
- Create new loss (jobs and projects)
- Maintenance and filing of job files and project documentation
- Confirm that the current jobs are on schedule and meeting compliance deadlines
- Assist Project Managers with job updates and job information
- All other administrative and other office duties as assigned
