Responsibilities
- Pack customer contents, including inventory, packaging, wrapping, and boxing, ensuring items are secure and organized.
- Move contents from customers' homes in accordance with company standards, ensuring safe and efficient transport.
- Evaluate each item to determine its salvageability, making informed decisions to maximize recovery.
- Clean, disinfect, and deodorize items damaged by smoke, sewage, mold, or water using various techniques.
- Understand the importance of valuable personal items to clients and appropriately clean and process them.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety requirements.
- Inventory and organize items, ensuring accurate records and efficient retrieval.
Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning, content packing, and inventory management.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
- Valid drivers license.
- Pay rate is based on expereance.
