Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the redesign and relaunch of a public-facing mobile application focused on protecting users from scam calls and messages. This role will drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution while coordinating across multiple teams including engineering, design, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, experience launching consumer-facing applications, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product management for the mobile application, including roadmap, features, and delivery strategy
- Define functional and technical requirements, including call and text filtering capabilities
- Establish and track KPIs such as user adoption and product effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, cybersecurity, and stakeholders
- Ensure seamless integration with existing digital platforms and ecosystems
- Drive user-centered design initiatives, focusing on accessibility and usability
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and data protection standards
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through beta, launch, and post-launch improvements
- Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in Product Management or related leadership roles
- Proven experience in building and launching mobile or web-based applications
- Strong experience in defining product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consumer-facing or large-scale digital products
- Knowledge of data privacy, governance, or security standards
- Experience working with public sector or regulated environments
- Familiarity with integrating applications into large digital ecosystems
