Attorneys & Paralegal Opportunities – Multiple Offices
Locations: Louisville, Colorado • Washington, D.C. • South Dakota
Peebles Bergin Schulte & Robinson LLP is seeking talented attorneys and a senior legal professional to join our growing national practice representing Indian tribes and tribally owned entities. Our work spans litigation, government affairs, regulatory advocacy, and complex business transactions in matters central to tribal sovereignty and economic development.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Colorado (Louisville) – Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a litigation attorney (3–8 years) to handle complex federal and tribal litigation, including briefing, discovery, and court appearances. Federal court experience required.
Washington, D.C. – Government Affairs & Regulatory Attorney
This role is ideal for an attorney with experience in administrative law, federal agencies, and/or Capitol Hill. The position includes regulatory counseling, federal advocacy, and strategic policy work alongside litigation support.
South Dakota – Business Transactions & Tribal General Counsel Attorney
We are seeking an attorney to support tribal governments and enterprises in business transactions and general legal services, including contract drafting, governance, and economic development matters.
Washington, D.C. – Paralegal / Senior Legal Assistant
We are also seeking a highly organized and experienced paralegal or senior legal assistant to support litigation and regulatory matters. Strong writing, document management, and organizational skills required.

Qualifications (Attorneys):
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience relevant to the specific role described above
