What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Pee Dee Regional Transportation Authority?
The Project Coordinator assists the Director of Purchasing and Project Management with organizing and supporting the day-to-day activities of a project within the agency. Assists with handling tasks like scheduling meetings, tracking progress, managing documentation, coordinating communication between team members, and making sure deadlines are met. Keeps everything organized and on track so the project team can work efficiently.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field preferred
- 2 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, project management, or transit operations preferred
- Experience with publicsector procurement and federally funded projects preferred

- Occasional travel to other PDRTA offices, local/overnight outoftown travel is required.
- Must be flexible with regard to covering varied work hours/shifts.
