About the Opportunity: Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our esteemed team at Halifax Medical Center. Our Level-III NICU features 14 beds and maintains an average daily census of 8-10, with approximately 2,000 annual deliveries. We specialize in caring for babies born before 28 weeks and weighing less than 1,000 grams.

Key Highlights:

• 24/7 coverage by Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
• On-site support from Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists and OB hospitalists
• Active involvement in Vermont Oxford Network (VON) and Florida Perinatal Quality Collaborative Initiatives
• Commitment to quality and evidence-based neonatal care

About Halifax Medical Center: Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach is a 563-bed hospital with a 24-hour emergency department, including the area's only Level II Trauma Center. Our Level-III NICU is the sole facility of its kind in the surrounding counties.
