Physical Demands of the Role:
- This job is very physically demanding and requires candidates to be comfortable working and playing on the floor with young children for extended periods.
- You must be able to transition quickly between places and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Physical agility is essential to move safely throughout your day.
Requirements:
- At least two years of hands-on experience with children is mandatory. Priority is given to those with experience in ABA, mental health, and/or working with children with special needs.
- A strong passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
- This position requires energy, stamina, and enthusiasm throughout the workday.
Working Hours & Benefits:
- This is a full-time position (8:15 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday). Part-time may be considered.
