Our organization is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our pediatric clients. The RBT will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs with our clients and record the derived data while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As an RBT, your specific duties will be implementing the treatment plans designed by the BCBA to address skill acquisition as well as management of challenging behaviors that may be interfering with learning and access to social opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of our clients in the clinic.
- Keep all areas of the clinic clean and organized.
- Ensure that all necessary treatment methods are administered promptly.
- Communicate with treatment team to ensure compliance with recommended treatment plan.
- Communicate with family members to ensure compliance with recommended treatment plan.
- Record patient information on appropriate forms.
- Follow state and federal law and policy in regard to confidential patient information.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
