This is a hybrid opportunity offering flexibility to work both remotely and in our Waldorf, Maryland clinic. We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates who are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children.

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Speech and Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients with speech and language disorders. This role involves creating individualized treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and working collaboratively with program supervisors, board-certified behavior analysts, and other speech therapists to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments to accurately diagnose communication disorders, developing customized therapy plans, and maintaining thorough documentation of progress and outcomes. Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical staff is essential. You will also be expected to provide support to families, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to HIPAA and professional ethical standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree in Speech Pathology or a related field and possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Experience working with children on the autism spectrum in a clinical setting is highly preferred. Candidates must also hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, have up-to-date immunizations including a Tuberculosis test, and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, organized, and an effective communicator. You should be able to manage multiple tasks, build strong professional relationships, and implement clinical protocols with care and precision. A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to grow professionally through mentorship and feedback are also essential.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $45.00 and $65.00, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, license reimbursement, continuing education credits, and professional development support. Work hours are flexible, with options for 4-hour or 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

If you are committed to helping children achieve their communication goals and are looking for a collaborative, supportive work environment, we would love to hear from you.
