What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Dental Assistant position at Pediatric Dentistry?
This is a UNIQUE and RARE OPPORTUNITY to join our fun, dynamic, pediatric practice in Burke, Virginia. This position requires full working days Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. Half Day on Wednesday and Friday. Approximately 30-36 hours per week.
We are looking for a friendly, motivated dental assistant who loves working with kids and is passionate about patient care. Our pediatric dentist is committed to clinical excellence, ensuring the patient has an amazing experience and to make our practice a wonderful place to work

You must be experienced and proficient in dental assisting and chairside duties.

Duties include:
- Assisting in all chairside procedures
- Setting up and breaking down
- Taking digital x-rays
- Prophy's and fluoride treatments
- Sterilizing instruments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients and their families
