SALES EXECUTIVE NEEDED FOR: NORTHWEST, AZ/COLORADO RIVER AREA
POSITION SUMMARY
Peddler’s Son is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly self-motivated, and understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base within assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with operations, warehouse, and dispatch to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and account activity
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven sales experience (food distribution preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Interaction with customers, warehouse, and transportation teams
- Will require local travel and in-person customer visits
