General Manager – Full-Time, On-Site

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead with entrepreneurial energy while aligning with established standards and procedures
- Collaborate with regional leadership on budget planning, staffing, and compliance
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Ensure profitability and operational efficiency through expense and workflow management
- Monitor collections and uphold internal collection procedures
- Maintain accountability for financial outcomes across the assigned market
- Represent the company in community outreach and public relations
- Cultivate relationships with vendors, suppliers, and team members to support win-win outcomes
- Step into cross-functional roles as needed to support market demands
- Communicate company and market updates to team members
- Support new team member onboarding and ongoing professional development
- Ensure site safety through planning, communication, and audits
- Maintain fleet and property cleanliness and functionality
- Manage payroll submissions and accuracy
Qualifications
- 2 years in construction industry management with a focus on customer service and operations
- Proven ability to lead sales teams toward goal achievement
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Collaborative leadership style with a passion for team development
- Proactive and resourceful mindset with a high sense of urgency
- P&L experience with emphasis on profitable operations
- Military experience and Spanish language fluency are pluses
