We are conducting a highly confidential search for a Head of Total Rewards to join our client's large, complex, multi-brand organization entering a significant phase of transformation.
This role will serve as the senior-most Total Rewards leader across North America, with responsibility for both benefits and compensation strategy, execution, and team leadership. The position reports into senior executive leadership and partners closely with senior level stakeholders.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role supporting multiple distinct business units. The environment will require a leader who is equally comfortable operating strategically while also being hands-on when needed.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading Total Rewards across multiple business units with diverse operating models and employee populations
- Driving alignment and consistency across benefits and compensation programs while respecting unique business needs
- Partnering with global rewards leadership to support and execute broader compensation frameworks, incentive programs, and pay structures
- Leading the design, communication, and rollout of annual compensation cycles and incentive programs
- Overseeing benefits strategy with a strong focus on harmonization, optimization, and employee experience
- Ensuring operational continuity during a period of organizational change and transformation
- Building, developing, and leading a high-performing team, with a strong emphasis on leadership, coaching, and accountability
- Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across multiple businesses

What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in Total Rewards, including both benefits and compensation
- Hands-on direct leadership experience over a benefits and compensation team, but have the ability to dive into details when needed
- Strong business acumen with the ability to operate effectively across multiple stakeholders and business units
- Experience navigating change, ambiguity, and transformation
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly with senior leadership
- Track record of building and leading strong teams
