Role Description The Mowing Crew Chief is a high hour part time (20-35 projected hours), on-site role based in Nixa, MO, and the surrounding area, responsible for leading a small crew, or working individually, performing mowing and lawn maintenance services. Day-to-day tasks include operating commercial mowers, driving trucks and related equipment, potentially directing crew members, ensuring properties are thoroughly serviced, and verifying that work meets company quality standards. The role involves preparing for daily routes, loading and unloading equipment, monitoring safety practices, and communicating with the office about job status, issues, or schedule changes. The Mowing Crew Chief is expected to manage time effectively, maintain equipment cleanliness and basic upkeep, and interact with customers in a professional and respectful manner. Qualifications
