The Role
As an Associate, you will play a central role in the origination, execution, and asset management of infrastructure investments across North America, with a focus on high-conviction themes including digital infrastructure, renewable energy, energy transition, and oil & gas.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate complex investment opportunities across the capital structure
- Drive deal execution through rigorous due diligence, financial analysis, and the preparation of compelling investment materials
- Conduct differentiated market research across sectors, policy landscapes, competitive dynamics, and emerging technology trends
- Support active portfolio management and performance monitoring across a diversified set of infrastructure assets
- Prepare institutional-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders and investment committees
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, M&A, or a related asset class; buy-side experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional financial modelling skills with deep expertise in cash flow and returns analysis
- Strong familiarity with infrastructure due diligence processes and legal/financial documentation
- Intellectually curious, highly analytical, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline; top-tier academic background preferred
